3 days, 2 nights exploring Tijuana, Ensenada and Guadalupe Valley. Award-winning wines, Baja cuisine, panoramic ocean views and quaint back-country dirt roads. We will check into the legendary Cuatro Cuatros for under-the-stars country slumbering Friday night after a day eating and drinking our way down the coast from Tijuana (the new foodie haven!)
Day 1 –
Starting your day with a 9am pick-up for Tourist Day in Tijuana/Ensenada. Tijuana has been voted in the top 8 places to visit in 2017 by New York Times. Let’s explore this foodie haven together for breakfast at their Famous Food Truck Park, Telefonica before heading 1 hour south.
Cruise the Tourist Quarters of Ensenada – shopping, culture, award-winning craft beer, Baja Wines, LOTS of FOOD stands on every corner, massages….and whatever fun you can find.
We will catch the sunset over the Pacific Ocean with a libation of your choice then bonfire n chill under the stars near your luxury cabana.
Day 2 –
A master-planned adventure ensues in the magical Guadalupe Valley Saturday morning with an authentic, farm-fresh Sinaloan breakfast at the ranch. La Cocina de Dona Estela followed by 3 winery tours/tastings and a cruise through the quaint village of The Valley for shopping, local artisans, cheese, wine and cultural locations
When in Guadalupe Valley………. we never miss the sunset. Cheers into the evening before our farm-to-table dinner at Chef Javier Plascencia’s Finca Altozano – A Baja Culinary Experience.
Day 3 –
Soak up the nature surrounding you at Cuatro Cuatros this morning
There are mountain trails, mountain bikes, horses, or golf carts to cruise around. You can schedule a massage, have a morning snack at the Cabana Restaurant or lounge around your cabana
The finale must be the best! A gastronomic picnic with wine pairing at Traslomita. Feast on incredible local cuisine and wine before we head back home.

Libations or other meals not listed as included. There are several times of this adventure where you are free to explore different areas with – restaurants, local tacos/eateries and corner stands, bars, shopping so some meals will be up to you. We left this itinerary loose so that you have the opportunity to explore some on your own. The perfect combo of a finely curated itinerary and a bit O raw adventure!
$100/person should be more than plenty for food other than what is included
*Cabanas in Cuatro Cuatros are large and many have 2 queen size beds. You may book more then 2 people in your cabana. Please inquire
