In purchasing a tour with us you are verifying that you are in physical shape and of legal age for that tour.
It is important to arrive no later than 15 minutes (30 minutes for original US pickup to check you in and sign waiver) before all departure times to check in and load baggage. Our itineraries are plotted carefully to give each guest the most out of their tour. Timing is a huge factor and we ask for you to be respectful of boarding times. If you are not there at departure, we cannot wait for you (and will be considered a no-show/no-refund) due to the schedule set forth with each of its’ affiliates and it inconveniences all other guests and the tour itself. Please plan accordingly.
Transportation and Hotels
We partner with experienced and professional transportation services to ensure you are provided with clean, comfortable, top of the line luxury Cars/Vans/ buses for all of our tours as well as a safe, professional driver who is very familiar with all areas of our tour. Every tour is personally and professionally conducted with a Tour Guide to make your tour fun and worry free. Please feel free to tip your Tour Guide and Bus driver.

We reserve the right to modify stops, vehicle, visits or activities based on weather conditions, group needs or conditions out of our control.
All tour buses are subject to stop at the border for immigration/customs. Please do not bring ANY weapons or form of illegal substances. * Mexico does not recognize “medical marijuana” , therefore it cannot be brought with you. If you are caught with any illegal substances/items you will hold up the entire tours progression, automatically forfeit your tour with Wine n Dine Baja (at full cost to you), and succumb yourself to legal action with the law all at cost to you.
Hotel Check-ins require a credit card from each guest in case of damage or other additional charges are added to the room. Wine n Dine Baja does not cover or take responsibility for damages nor extra charges incurred by guests.
